Awning LED Lights

I have a 2019 Mallard M25. When I bought the camper, the awning lights worked at the dealership. They have not worked since, when I turn the switch on, they flash once and then go out. Am I doing something wrong?

I had a similar issue with my RV where the lights would blink and then shut off. It turned out to be a loose connection that was easy to fix once I located it.
