I am helping my 82 year old father sell his Class C RV that has been in storage the past two years. He tells me it is a 24 foot 1975 Coachman on a Dodge chassis with the original engine. The battery does not hold a charge so I will be buying one to bring with me. Does anyone know what size battery I should buy? Thanks for your help.

welcome to the forums ,, can u have u'r dad see what type batt is in it now ,, if not ,, i would ahve to say a group 24 ,, would work ,,, most older gas MH's used the same battery ,,, hope this might help u out ,, even if not ,, it may jsut work enough to get the MH started :approve:

Thank you for the advice, I will purchase a Group 24 battery. My Dad is unable to drive his beloved RV after having a few strokes recently and it is stored about 60 miles away from where I live. I appreciate your help all the way from Tennessee.
