Summer is just around the corner and its time to make plans for that summer trip. Here is a recipe for your RV's cookbook.
*******************************************************************

Want something quick, simple and different ??? Try these on your next trip.

“Burger Dogs”
Split open a hot dog and cut it in half.. (4 pieces)
Put it on the grill or frying pan … keeping the 4 pieces together, (side by side) so you can top them Mozzarella cheese, a thin slice of onion, and anything else your heart desires, pre-cooked bacon left over from breakfast, sweet peppers, etc…

When done, place the “Burger Dog” on a HAMBURGER BUN and fix it the way you like… ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, pickles, or… or … or .. ???

Use your imagination …. And enjoy.. Since hot dogs are already cooked, unlike raw hamburger meat, … it only takes a couple of minutes for the mozzarella cheese to melt and “tie” the 4 pieces of hot dog together, so they won’t slide out of the bun when you bite into it....

You can use any type of cheese, but mozzarella will hold the pieces of hotdog together better than the yellow cheeses.. Besides how often do you eat Mozzarella compared to the yellow cheeses ?

Relax, kick back and enjoy life… Got beer ? er,, I mean Milk…?
