Cable tv issue

Hi, we are having trouble getting our cable tv hooked up. We have a Damon sport motorhome with a built in hd tv. It will pick up tv through the air waves but not through the cable. Any suggestions?

have you told the tv to accept a cable tv signal. It should be in the setup or menu portion of the tv

ck where the tv is ,, u should have a switch panel there and it should have a thing that says "air" (antenna) or cable ,, but Dennis is right ,, u might have to set the tv to cable not antenna ,, and then let it got thru the programming of the cable channels :) :) :approve:

You also have to turn the "Boost" from the antenna OFF. It will be a light on the jack in the wall. ON for roof antenna reception and OFF for cable.
