Do the 12 volt plugs have power to them?? Check fuses? Does the charging cable have a fuse? Does it work in a car or???

Two of the plugs are winguard power antanae with the 12v power port. They have a LED that illuminates when on.I have a 12v fan that works in the outlets. If the polarity to a LED is reversed it should not illuminate correct? The battery monitor puts the voltage in the green area.My next option is to use a multi-meter to confirm polarity and voltage.I will also make both tests with the 110v plugged in,and unplugged. Is there a condition that the onboard battery charger interferes with the cellphone chargers.

Never a problem in our MH charging from the 12 v. As Len asked does it chg from you car plug? If not you have a fuse blown in your chrger plug or a bad charger.
