CAR TOW DOLLY

To buy or to rent?

I think U-Haul rents them, and I have seen them for sale at Camping World. I'm sure there are other, possibly better options as well.

If your going to buy a dolly, buy the best. Demco Kar Kaddy. I used one all across the US last year. This year I'm goin "4 down", w/ a Subaru Baja, Blue Ox, and Unified Gear. Good luck.

Evil [):]There is an important caveate not often stated by sales reps and one should consider lowered mileage, significantly(shown by tread of tire rapidly accelerating away from original state of repose on tire carcass) higher tire wear on your rig's REAR tires(use 8ply or higher), getting correct draw bar height(for least angle of departure from hiway surface Two Dogsjavascript:insertsmilie(' ')

Hi. Used a tow dolly for several years both commercially and for my own personal use. Frankly, a regular car trailer will give you more satisfaction. You can buy all kinds of used ones for about the same price you'd pay for a dolly. Front straps come loose on dolly's or come completely off the front tires.
