Careful where you buy

Be very careful which dealer you purchase an RV from. We settled on B & R in Theodore Alabama and boy are we sorry. Took new camper in with list of 5 things to fix and 1 of 5 actually got repaired to our satisfaction. Recently had the third air conditioner installed in less than 23 months and now the service manager has an attitude with us like we choose to keep having things go wrong. Be very careful and research a dealer before buying.

Welcome to the forum Wayne. Why 3 ACs/ What was the problem with them? What were the other problems that were not solved. We like to hear reports ofdealers that dont step up but also like more details on why and what?
