Changed batteries and now won't start

Have 400 cummins and batteries went dead this summer so put in new and hooked ground last and got a big spark, so hooked Pos last and no spark this time, engine turns over good but doesn't fire and the wait to star light didn't come on either.

If its a side radiator there could be a purge button in the rear drivers side for fuel, saw this once. Did you forget the ECU power on the plus side of the start batteries. Should be a 20 amp fuse there also that might have blown.
