Class C QUESTIONS

I am considering a class C 24 TO 26 ft motor home have a few ?s
hope someone can help
Need to pull a 22 ft boat about 5000lbs
What size Chassis
What is the best motor to pull this setup chev or ford? gas or diesel.
Any thing else I should consider?

Think you will be pushing the limit with a 5k boat Dwight. Either the ford v10 or chevy big block can handle the weight but a diesel would be better IMO. Some of the C class chassis are rated at 3k and have seen some 5k. Even with the 5k you would be streching safety. Welcome to the forum

My 92 E-350 chassis Tioga is rated at 3,000 pounds. How much $$ do you have to spend? Have you seen any of the Super C's? I am hoping to get a Gulf Stream Silver Bullet at some point.
