For that weight you would be just fine with a SRW rig, IMHO, other than that they have more stability (really nice in heavy cross winds) you get better tire wear (althought the cost per mile is about the same) larger brakes, more tire surface on the ground,if there is a tire failure on the rear theres still one tire to carry the load. We have a 30' 5er thats about 12000 lbs. and my F-250 tows it just fine but WE much prefer to tow it with our F-350 dually, and this is just me but I like duallies. :) :cool: :bleh:
