Outlets are 120 volts. Fuse panel is 12 volts. Breakers are 120 volts. GFI outlet needs power to reset. What are you calling the "Master Switch on control Panel". Lights awning and anything else you can use while not plugged in to shore power or gen are 12 volts.

Electrical outlets forward of the bathroom have no power, called Fleetwood, they advised me of two GCFIs that need to be checked and possibly replaced. I replaced one. the other worked. still no power forward of the bathroom.

The GFI outlet must have power to reset. Also the outlet must be correctly wired. Line wires black and white to Line screws. Load wires black and white to Load screws. The bath GFI will control about 4/5 other outlets.
