engine hot water for water heater

I am replacing my water heater on my 1994 Ford E-350 with one designed for engine hot water in addition to propane and electric. I'm trying to find out whether these Fords have something built-in to connect to engine hot water, or whether I'll just need to install a couple of tees in the heater hoses. Thanks much. C
