Exterior blistering

Looking at a 1994 Gulfstream Scenic Cruiser with metal coach frame and fiberglass skin. It has several areas where the skin is raised up from the inside. These areas appear to be where the metal frame is under the skin. Does anyone know anything about this? What caused it, will it get worse, is it a serious problem or just cosmetic?

Hi Andy, I would pas and look for another rig, sounds like delamination and it only gets worse and is very difficult to fix and to repair it properly is very expensive. Generally it is caused from water(leak) causing the glue to fail. Good luck with your search.
