External / extra gas tank

Itaska Phasar,
I want to add a external gas tank to my RV. My present tank is of the 15 gallon size.
I do get 15 to 16 mpg's BUT with a 15 gallon tank my cruise distance is limited.
I recently went to Florida and had to stop every 150 to 180 miles, while it was nice to get out and walk the dog.
I would still like to go for at least 400 miles without stopping.
ANY ideas on adding a extra tank ??

That must be a smaller MH to get that kind of mileage. That's twice what I get.

There may only be room for a 15 gallon tank. Have you picked out what you are going to remove to make room for another tank?

EDIT: Oh I see on another post that it is a 4 cylinder. Now I remember.

I have thought about removing a storage area under one of the seats-above the regular tank
I also found on line a extra tank for a gererator. It is external and I believe I have figured out how to feed the internal Gen tank
