Filling Fresh water tank

Have a new 2020 Cedar Creek Cottage 40CRS
How do I fill the fresh water tank. Electric Hot water tank with some
connections to it but not label as to which is for filling the fresh water tank.

Since you just bought it, go back to the dealer and get help. They should have showed you how to connect everything and use it. I am not familiar with that specific trailer but there is probably a tank fill valve to fill the tank from the city water connection.
