Before putting a new hose on, I cleaned the turbo surface with laquer thiner then applied "Hi Tack" gasket goop(red) from Permatex (available at NAPA). I put CT clamps on(constant tork(?) also available from NAPA. So far so good! This is the same setup I have on a couple of 450 Cummins turbos on my boat.
