Deb, lots of bad reviews on Fleetwood products but, there are probably more fleetwood products sold than any other. Any new product could have some flaws and all mfg can put out lemons. Most all rvs will give some problems. Remember, we pull them up and down the roads at 60 mph, over bumps, twist them over uneven ground,and then expect trouble free service. If you like the rv and it fits your needs go for it. We bought the cougar when they first came out and it has been a great rv for a entry level unit. Good luck

Hi, We bought the fleetwood pioneer 23T6 in september. We love our travel trailer. We have used it 6 times since then. We just got it back from having some warranty work done to it. Minor warranty work needed. We are very pleased with warranty work. I say go for it. Hopefully it will be a great experience for you. As it has been for us so far.
