Does anyone know what the quality of gas is onWest Coast I-5, (Washington south to CA)?

Are the Truck Stops the best bet for gas quality?

Thanks,

Dave Jones

For 'gas', I don't think it matters where you get it, in the U.S. that is. For diesel, you want rapid turnover, so a truck stop can be your best choice (although the one next to my folks place sold diesel with water in it a while back, so bigger is likely better).

Thanks hertig. My 07 Tundra seems to want to drink only "Top Tier" gas, so we are trying to keep that in mind.

This "top tier" thing is a true marketing ploy.

You will find all octane levels and brands all along I 5.
