If you can't find one (I think many of the major manufacturers do), check out the companies which modify busses or vans for handicap usage, and the companies which make 'bus conversion' RVs or Van conversions and perhaps between the 2 of them they can get you what you want.

Do you just need a lift or will the MH door and any of the driver pedals brakes, gas feed shift lever etc. have to be modified?
