Help --- Electrical Issues

I have a travel trailer that is 2 months old. This weekend the electrical unit would not work...even the battery indicator light does not work. When we plugged the RV into a power source the outlets worked but nothing that runs off the 12 volt would work (lights, control panel, radio, jacks, slide, etc.) All fuses are good and all connections appear to be okay.
What could it be?

It sounds like the converter (converts 120 vac to 12 vdc) is not working. It could also be a bad battery connection.

Can anybody help, American Eagle 93, under the bed next to circuit breaker box there's seems to be another electrical box, mine is gone. Just bought the RV ,please can anyone identify for this for me. There is about 6 wires running to this "box"
