Help Wanted - Construction Superintendants - semi retired?

We are looking for experienced semi-retired superintendents that are willing to travel. If you have experience building chain restaurants, hotels, commercial projects etc. and would like to work on a job to job basis in MN, IA , IL, NE, MO, MI, WI this might be a good opportunity. We currently have person doing his right now where he and his wife travel together. One of the main reasons we are looking for someone of this nature is that our business spikes this time of year and we do not want to add full time people only to lay them off but we have regular clients we need to keep working for.
