How do I find out?

I want to find out how much a 8' Vanguard Slide In Camper weighs.
It is an older model, prob from the 70's. The model # is P89
There are no stickers inside the camper detailing the weight etc.

I was wondering if I could put this on my 1999 Dodge 4x4 1500 Club Cab with a 6.5' box.
Are the "air bags" everyone is telling me about worth putting on as for as saving my suspension?

How do I find out?

Why not take it to a truck weigh scale? When their not busy they're bored, so I'm sure that they will help you out! My Uncle works in one - this is why I know! I'll bet there is one not too far from you on an interstate nearby? Check it out and let me know! - J.
