Van is used for dog grooming. Had an Onan which burnt itself out. Owner asked me to come up with alternative solution; load is around 4KW max/120-240. Price is an issue. Plan to install EG5000 in back of van, fixed with a muffler from an EB5000 for exhaust "piping". Will also need heat resistant material backing of some sort. Will be permanent mount. Generator will only be used where home AC power not available. Any ideas? Good or bad idea?
