Insulation

I am removing rot from my travel trailer and need to replace 1/2 the floor and some wall on one side. Inside on side wall has pink insulation and floor has the yellow. Should I replace with same or use something else? Thanks Eric :question:

Either one would work but probably best would be the foam that you can buy to spray into the openings. Next best would be the foam board sheets that you could cut to fit into the spaces.

The fiberglass insulation is OK, but it was used mostly because it was cheap. It tends to compress with time and looses much of it's effectiveness.
