I have a 1997 GMC Sierra Z-71 with a 350 V8. Two weeks ago I sold my 18' Fleetwood TT. At 4100 lbs. it was no problem to tow. We've settled on a Cherokee 27Q as our next travel trailer. It's 6200 lbs. dry. Do I have enough truck to pull this comfortably? The toughest terrain we'll travel will probably be the Smokies - in the Gatlinburg area.

HI mjones377,
I assume you have the 1/2 ton Sierra. It depends on your rear axle ratio and towing equipment. You will be maxed out by the time you add all your camping gear. Not enough truck in my opinion
Yes it will tow it with all the proper equipment.
