Just bought 2002 Coachman Catalina 195 rk--Can't find Water Control Panel to drain

Just bought a 2002 Coachman Catalina 195rk--have read the woefully inadequate owner's manual. Says to drain Fresh water tank by turning valves on Water Control Panel. --Can't find WC panel and no help from manuals.
Can anyone help me with how to drain fresh water tank?

Welcome to the forum. Look for your water pump and the drain may be near it. If you dont know where it is turn it on and listen. Probably be under a cabinet inside. Look under the TT and you should see a drain hose then go inside and locate the valve. Dont know where you are located but hope it has already been winterized if thats what you are doing. I have owned a catalina before. I found a cut off valve just under the water holding tank.I had to lat under it to open it, but it did drain the tanks.
