I think I would take a look at a conventional roof rack and see if I could adapt it to vertical for the back of the motorhome. Obviously it would have to be modified so they didn't slide down but I don't think that would take much engineering. Just one thought.

Stick them INSIDE of the Jeep; hanging out the back. I've seen this done!
