Keeping the cold from getting inside my 5th wheel

What can I do to make sure we don't freeze inside. Should I put weather stripping around the doors and windows. I'm not sure, but winter is not even here yet, in rifle colorado and the mornings have been very cold. If there is anything we can do to help our heater it would be appreciated. Thank you all

You've got insulation or you don't. So the walls, ceiling and floor are pretty hopeless. You can put insulating covers over the windows, and stuff insulation in the vents/skylights. If you are in one place, putting a skirt around the trailer to prevent wind from blowing under the trailer will help.

I would check around the doors - I have increased the insulation around the door in two or three campers I have owned. The covers for the air vents and skylights help. Before you go sealing the thing up air tight, check your CO and propane sensors and think about formaldehyde...
