keys

hey.. if you lost your only set of keys how would you get new ones?? Do dealerships carry masters? Any help would be much appreciated...

Dealerships do have master keys, but they will not lock the deadbolt in your trailer, only the top lock. I do carry blanks, but you have to have a key to copy.
Probably the best thing is to go to your dealer and purchase a new lock set. They run less than $40.00 and would give you 2 sets of keys.

are they hard to install and do you need special equipment to put the new locks in? Or get the old ones out?

All you need is a screwdriver, very easy to do. Just get the kind you have now.

Hey Trina, welcome. Just a thought......when you have spare keys, don't hide them in the unit. If ya lock the doors and then lose the keys your still stuck. What I do is put a set in a magnet holder or inside the car. Just a thought.
