Does anyone know of a campground on Lake Vermilion, Mn where I can stay in a class A, w/electric/water/sewer hook-ups and where I can launch my 16 ft boat? If so, name and email if you have one.

Hi ARCHER, I don't have my campground book with me, but looking on the Good Sam site campground page I found two at Tower, MN. Hoodoo Point Campground Phone# 218-753-6868 80 sites 53 with electric price $14 to $16.00 the other Fortune Bay Resort, Casino, RV Park 1-800-555-1714 $12 to $16.00, 30/50 amp hookups. There are more Iam sure Lake Vermillion is a large and beautiful lake. www.fortunebay.com Hope this helps. :bleh:

Thanks for the info.... :)
We have been going to Lake Vermilion for 8 years (pulling our 16 footer and staying at one of the resorts. Since we now have an RV, we were thinking of saving some $$ by pulling the boat behind the RV and staying in it for a couple weeks each year. We love it up there...can't get any better. Wife caught a 41 inch Muskie last year (yup, she always out fishes me, ha ha).
