When I went to drain my waste tanks, I opened the outer cap and out came everything. What a smelly mess. So I had new waste valves put in. Well I went out camping and before I left went in to dump and the same thing. The valves are not pulled but stuff is comming out. Once I get the hose on and pull the valve I get a very high volume comming out. Any ideas would be great.

If you have new tank valves and there is still fluid between the valve and the cap, then either the valve was not installed properly, or the valve was not fully closed.

I have a cap with a hose port. First I loosen the hose cap and see if any liquid seeps out. Then I remove the hose cap and if there is still insignificant liquid, then I remove the main cap.
