Location of fresh water quick drain valve

Where exactly is the fresh water, quick drain valve, located on my 2012, Fleetwood, jamboree sport 28 Y, class C ? It's not where the owners manual shows it.

Usually at a low place on the chassis, near the water tank..

well I have a Class A Fleetwood and it is below where my water pump is at.. Nash beat me to it.
