Hi Phil.
I have a 1995 award 727 ( 27 ft) that I purchased two years ago. It had obviously been used very little and never smoked in and was in pristeen condition.
We have just returned from two weeks in Fla and have decided we would like to find a 30 foot with a single slide out. as we will likely begin wintering in Fla with the unit.
I am in malaga, NJ about 1 1/2 hours from Allentown .( 30 minutes from Phila walt whitman bridge)
If you have studied Award RV's you know that 1995 was after they introduced aluminium studs instead of wood. The unit also has the ducted AC
e-mail directly if you are interested and wish to look at the unit as I am a new member of this forum and I dont visit the forum on a regular basis....At least not yet
