I purchased a mitchell gear splitter. I am going to install it as soon as I get my drive shaft back, (it had to be shortened). Has anyone used a gear splitter and achieved better gas mileage? if so what was your increase in mpg. It should at least allow me to cruise down the highway using less rpms.
