I would like to know how hard (or easy) it would to replace the existing fold out sofa and put in a couple of swivel chairs in my 2005 Fleetwood orbit travel trailer 240FQS. The bottom front access door panel is screwed shut (the screws won't come out) so I don’t know what’s underneath (i.e. wiring, cabling, ect.)

Can you see beneath the sofa at all when it is folding/folded out? I had a Citation with a jack-knife sofa with a storage area under it, but it had an access door on the front. Does the sofa pick up at all or does it seem screwed down?
