Mold issue help

Good morning. I am looking for some mold help on our TT. We have a 2015 Coachmen Apex Ultralite hybrid. We had some water leak into it and caused some wood damage along with surface mold on cabinet surfaces, door surfaces, etc. The sealant on the roof was all cracked so I sealed it up with Eternabond tape. I wiped everything down that I could get to but still have the musty smell. Part of that is not being able to leave it open long enough to air it out. A buddy suggested an Ozone generator for the odor but didn't know if it would kill hidden mold or not. Im at a loss if it's worth it to get it resealed and repaired or if I will even be able to get rid of the issue. We looked at a brand new trailer (2025 Campsite Ultra 19KB) but it's $31K. The dealer wants to look at it for trade value. They put $5500 on the worksheet but I told him it wouldn't be that high with repairs needed. He asked last night if the manager agreed to.$5500 sight unseen, would we move forward with the deal. Here are pics of the damage and mold that we are dealing with.

You must open up the interior and inspect/water test to be sure the leaks are solved first. If you disassemble the leak area, leave it open to allow drying and then water test before reassembly. Sprays for mold and ozonator, and carpet upholstery extractor may offer improvement but wont eliminate the odor unless the water damaged materials are replaced. High humidity can compound and limit results. I have found the interior of the camper captures the excess moisture and prevents drying, and have used a dehumidifier for days after cleaning. I did all the above several times untill satisfied. Then used a plug in air freshener while in off season storage. My wife says the odor is gone !
Heres the other option. A quick rv search of your camper finds a dealer selling one just like yours for $18,000. This is helpful to decide if a repair
might be reasonable (and cheaper). If you want just a quick get rid of it trade for a new one, even after your trade allowance, (they obviously want to make a deal...ask them for more) thats a lot more money but your getting brand new with warranty and going camping sooner.

Thank you for the suggestions. We did end up getting rid of it and buying a new trailer. I found alot more damage and was not happy with what I saw. Those areas would be difficult to get to and I'm betting that it extended beyond what I could see. We ended up buying a 2025 Campsite Ultra 19KB.
