My first Beaver

Hi all, Im new here, like to introduce myself. I am Sharky and I live in Southern California. 33, and just getting into RVing.

We are getting our first RV this weekend, it is a 1979 Beaver with a Dodge van front end. 440 motor and it is 24ft.

I was hoping that someone here has owned one in the past and could give me some advice on this model.

We are buying it from my wifes asst, so it's a great deal price wise.

Since nobody has any comment, heres a new question.

Has anyone ever tried epoxying the outside of a aluminum ruffled RV?
The siding is old and super ugly looking.
You know, the stuff you put on your garage floor......
