need 5 wheel toy hauler use in single digits weather

I travel over US in 2002 Itasca Horizon mtr hm. I have encountered much rust damage from salt. Thought of going to a 5th Wheel Toy Hauler as I use for work (doing shows) and I thought they would not be as expensive and I could trade more often. Which RV type toy haulers will still be able to be used in harsh winter and still have water to take a shower.
