I think I had the same problem when I clicked on the 'words' below the picture.

You have to click on the little picture.

I clicked on the picture and up comes the black screen like it's going to play but when you click on "play" nothing happens. I must not have the right program to run the video..........oh well,

There is a delay on mine before it plays. Perhaps you didn't wait long enough? I think it could be slow to download.

Especially the one about the microwave! Good gosh I could have gotten the grill out and going quicker!
