Need a portable generator

We have a new 30' Wildcat 5th wheel-need a portable generator in case we are not near electric hookups-

What is quiet or recommended-think we need 3000 power-would have to put in back of truck.

Is there a place to buy used ones? They are pretty pricy.

Any suggestions would help.

What is a good RV magazine to get with tips/travel et al?

Need a portable generator

The quietest and cleanest power is the Honda EU3000. This is marginal for powering air conditioners, although mine does it after I installed an 'easy start' kit in the AC. many people use 2 EU2000 connected in parallel.
