My wife and I are planning on buying a class A, we’re staying/vacationing for two weeks in South Carolina. We decided to buy a Georgetown, XL 2016 in South Carolina, my concerns and questions are regarding the Georgetown passing a New York State inspection when we register it in New York State. Based on the information, the dealer informed us that South Carolina doesn’t require vehicles inspections and we’re purchasing the RV (as is), which I find this hard to believe when you’re purchasing a six-figure RV. if anyone has advice or experienced of similar purchases, please comment. what are the responsibilities of dealerships in South Carolina when selling a RV vehicle?
