I'm thinking of touring the States solo in @ 1 year's time,(late 2006) buying a 2nd hand Rv (Class B) on a tight budget. Which is the best State to purchase, taking into account insurance and/or any registration fees. I hear Florida is a good place to start for a good bargain. Any tips ?
