We have done a few....Norcold pays 1/2 hour. After you do a couple, it can be done that fast. They are adding another style of high temp. sensor and doing away with the one you have.

Hi Chuck, I had mine done 3 weeks ago. As Ken stated they(Norcold) will only pay for 1/2 hr. for it to be done. My tech came to my house and did mine in 35 minutes. I watched as he did it and it is not hard to do. BTW since OCT Norcold stopped giving out a $50.00 gas card to us who needed the work done

I was gonna add that Norcold needs all the numbers off the refer and cooling unit. They then send you the parts and it could take 3 weeks to get them. They won't send dealers the parts in advance.
