Hello. I have a 97 Pace Arrow with a onan 5500 watt generator that is generating 55 volts per leg from the windings at the generator head. My automatic transfer switch is humming but will not engage. I believe that each leg should be 120 volts. any thoughts or sugestions on what to check next.
