Our our Rexall '97 motorhome air conditioning unit

We lost our Rexall '97 motorhome to a fire which we believe was caused by the air conditioning unit. We are looking for a manual for a Dometic air conditioner that we think was in our coach. Anyone know where we can find out if other people had fires due to this system. Thank you, Patti & Bill

What model did u have??? was it duo therm unit with aux heat units????
I might have the manual if it is the same unit i have....

I'm on my second Dometic AC unit and haven't had any problems so far. I haven't heard of any problems with Dometic units.
