No. Each state charges the same taxes to their citizens and to non-citizen residents. Some have property tax on RVs some do not. There are states that have no personal property tax at all. Texas, Florida and South Dakota do not charge any property tax on an RV. They do have a sales tax that must be paid one time when you register it. But citizenship has no impact on taxes in the USA.
