Does anyone have a phone system to connect cell phones to standard phone circuitry in a motor home?

Hi roadhouse, I don't understand what your getting at, cellphones are wireless you don't need any connections or systems, other then to plug it into a 12VDC outlet to charge the battery, or 110VAC if you have wall charger.

Yes but I would like to use a standard base station phone and extensions on the in house wiring while connected to cellular.

It is simply not reasonably possible to marry to different technoligies one works over copper wires with voltage and the other is wireless...sorry
