Pick up roof popping

I am fairly new to 5th wheeling but not to RVing,I had a tt before. I am towing a 24 foot 5th with a new 2004 GMC 2500 HD Duramax (What a animal that pick-up is)
But the only thing which I am starting to notice is while towing the roof of the pick-up starts to pop or ripple up and down about 60 mph (we thought it was possessed)Har! Har! But does anyone have any help besides those ugly wind deflectors. thanks

I must admit that I don't know a thing about your pick-up. But it might be posiable that just a little change in wind currents might do the trick maybe even just a bug and rock shield on the hood. I'm sure there is someone out there that knows more about this though.
