Pop Up Roof Leaking

I had my pop on the side of the house and I think my kids decided to use it for a jumping platform.

I have a 1988 Jayco.

The read end right in the middle where the seam is has been pushed down and is letting water inside.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Can't afford to have it done professionally.

If it is fiberglass, I would clean the area from any wax and dirt and use 3M 5200. It is the best for fiberglass above or below the waterline!

The outside roof is made of aluminum.

the seam in the middle has some kind of rubber cover.

Sounds like the rubber is just a decorative molding. I would call the manufacturer and ask for suggestions as to the best way to repair.
