Port-a-potties

Is there such a thing as a two way port-a-pottie? I have a 1974 16ft camper, with the old potty closet. Is there something that would have it's own holding tank, and also an outlet for hooking up to the camp grounds septic? I don't have any black water holding tanks, and really no space to put one. It would be nice to not have to empty the potty all the time.
I had thought of putting in just a regular flush RV toilet, but then I would lose the " luxury " of being able to use the potty while travelling. Not to mention trying to tie in to the water lines to hook up water.
Any how, I figured this is the place that if there were such a thing, then someone would know.

I have yet to see a two way, either recirculate or black tank. With no black tank you can't use the rv flush type on the road.
